Windhoek, June 6 — MultiChoice Namibia has awarded its top performing accredited installers across the country, spotlighting the importance of legitimate installations and good customer service delivery.
Accredited installers are key players in MultiChoice Namibiaās customer service eco-system as they offer customers quality installations, the best reception, affordable installation pricing and an excellent customer experience.
āOn behalf of MultiChoice Namibia, Iād like to extend my sincere congratulations to all our accredited installers for their excellent performance during the past financial year,ā said MultiChoice Namibia Managing Director, Roger Gertze.
āThe commitment of our installers has earmarked MultiChoice Namibia as one of the countries with the highest turnarounds in terms of installations, and best customer experience responses. By working closely together and offering the necessary support to our installers, we are committed to remaining a successful business for our client base.ā
Installers who onboarded the most clients are Sam Namene (first place), Leroy Finies (second place) and Danny Banda (third place). Samuel Kambonge received the Most Installations Award for the previous financial year.
The best installers in their respective regions are as follows: Curtis Kurebwaseka (Erongo), Ashley Cloete (Hardap), Evaristu Haufiku (Karas), Mario Manuel (Kavango), Khuphuka Maphazima (Khomas), Setson Iilonga (Ohangwena), Henry Kock (Omaheke), Lovely Amon (Omusati), Gustaf Amulungu (Oshana), Asser Nampala (Oshikoto), Percy Khairabeb (Otjozondjupa), and Cosmos Sankwasa (Zambezi).

āWe started in 2008 with MultiChoice Namibia. It was a bit difficult from the start, because we did not have satellite finders. When we did installations, we had to bring TVs out when repositioning the dish,ā shared Martin Ausiku from Shetumilla Investments CC in Outapi. āAs time went on, MCN helped us get accredited, and supplied us with the latest equipment. It was a good experience, and we are continuing to enjoy their backup.ā
Another installer, Leroy Finies based in Rehoboth, mentioned that his experience with MultiChoice Namibia started 14 years ago. āOver the years, I saw that technology was going forward, M-Net was growing bigger, and clients were building up,ā he said, āand eventually decided to get the right accreditation to become a certified MultiChoice Namibia installer. Thank you, MultiChoice for giving me this opportunityā.
