President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah Hails Legacy of President Nangolo Mbumba on His 84th Birthday

On the occasion of the 84th birthday of H.E. Dr. Nangolo Mbumba, the fourth President of the Republic of Namibia, President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah delivered a heartfelt tribute, commending Dr. Mbumba’s lifelong dedication and service to the nation.
