Windhoek, April 17 — Her Excellency, President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has wished the nation a happy Easter Weekend. In her Easter message President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah wished the Christian community in Namibia and around the world marks the holy occasion of Easter. “I extend heartfelt wishes for a peaceful and meaningful weekend filled with love, reflection, and spiritual renewal. Easter reminds us of the power of sacrifice, the promise of hope, and the strength found in faith. It is a time to pause, draw closer to our loved ones, and appreciate the gift of life and togetherness. Let this season also inspire unity and compassion among all Namibians as we continue to build a just and inclusive society.”
The President has urged families journey across the country to be with one another, and encourage all citizens to prioritise
safety on our roads. ”Please obey traffic laws, avoid reckless driving, and refrain from driving
under the influence of alcohol. Let us each take responsibility to ensure a safe and joyful Easter
for everyone. May the spirit of Easter uplift our hearts and guide our nation forward in peace,” she concluded.
