Official Notification for the Release of the Results for the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary and Advanced Subsidiary Levels (NSSCO and NSSCAS) 2025 Oct/Nov National Examinations 

Windhoek, December 18–The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC) wishes to inform the public that the marking and processing of examination data for the Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO) and Advanced Subsidiary (NSSCAS) Levels for the 2025 October/November National Examinations have been successfully completed. The Ministry therefore confirms that the official release of results for both full-time and part- time candidates will take place on Tuesday, 13 January 2026

The NSSCO and NSSCAS results will be accessible to candidates on the specified date via the Ministry’s website at www.meiysac.gov.na and SMS service line. 

1. To request results via SMS services, please follow the procedure outlined below: 

(a) Send your full candidate number as a message to the number 99099 (b) OR as WhatsApp message to number 0857856231

Examples of candidate numbers are as follows: 

250E090001 for NSSCO Level full-time candidates 25DE100001 for NSSCO Level part-time candidates 25AA150001 for NSSCAS Level full-time candidates 25BA150001 for NSSCAS Level part-time candidates 

2. To get your results through the Ministry’s website you need to have both your candidate 

number and your date of birth to view your results. 

Each candidate’s number is printed on his or her admission permit, which was issued earlier. Upon sending the SMS request, your candidate number and corresponding results will be displayed on your cellphone screen.

Hon. Dr. Sanet L. Steenkamp, Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, will officially announce the results on Tuesday, 13 January 2026 at 10:00 AM. The venue is the auditorium at the Government Office Park, Luther Street, Windhoek. Both the website and the SMS service will become active on, Tuesday, 13 January 2026 at 12:15 PM

All candidates who wrote the 2025 NSSCO and NSSCAS National Examinations are reminded to keep their candidate numbers readily available when accessing their results. Regional offices will also provide access to results through printed broadsheets during official working hours. Furthermore, individual statements of results must be collected from the schools or examination centres where candidates sat for the examinations. Candidates are strongly encouraged to contact their respective regional examination offices, using the telephone numbers provided below, to confirm whether their statements of results have been delivered to the schools. 

The public is further advised that, in line with data protection regulations, no results documents containing candidates’ names will be publicly displayed or posted. Access to printed broadsheets will only be provided in a controlled and supervised manner through the Regional Directorates of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture.
