Windhoek, Jan 25 –Swapo Party Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has defended President Geingob and inform the public that the president will continue to conduct the business of the party and government while giving the necessary priority to his medical treatment.
She informed the nation in a statement released by the party to be concerned about the health of the Head of State while acknowledging the well wishes the Namibians sending out to the President.
Ndaitwah said her party and the nation at large is very proud of President Geingob leadership by being transparency and accountable to the nation.
The Swapo Party vice president appealed to Nation to allow the President and his family privacy to focus on his recovery.
President Geingob is expected to fly to the United of America today Thursday 25 January 2024 to receive medical attention.
