The Namibia Handball Federation is hosting the National Under-19 Handball Selection Tournament at the Correctional Services Training College in Omaruru, a key event shaping the future of the sport in the country. This two-day competition gathers the best regional players and coaches to compete for positions on the national team set to represent Namibia at the international games in 2026.
Currently underway, the tournament’s final day is scheduled for tomorrow, starting at 08:00 and continuing until 19:00. The day will feature intense championship finals as well as the crucial selection process of Namibia’s top Under-19 handball talent.
Regional participants will return home on Saturday, carrying the experience and pride of competing at this prestigious event.
