Inspector General Lt-Gen. Joseph Shikongo officially opened the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Namibian Police Force Benevolent Fund in Swakopmund today. Highlighting the Fund’s essential support services, Shikongo emphasized its role in providing financial assistance for funerals, medical needs, and education, enabling officers to focus more effectively on their policing duties.
He praised the current Board for their commitment and called on commanders to motivate more officers to join the Fund, ensuring that all members can benefit from its crucial support.
Shikongo concluded with the inspiring motto: “The Namibian Police Force Benevolent Fund rises by lifting others.”
