Windhoek, Aug 23 — His Excellency President Dr. Nangolo Mbumba today conferred National Honours to deserving Namibians as well as eminent foreign nationals who contributed to the cause of freedom and socio-economic advancement for all Namibians through political, military, diplomatic, humanitarian, education, health, and business activities for the reconstruction and the promotion of peace and justice in Namibia.
Namibia is expected to commemorate Heroes’ Day on the 26 of August 2024 in which the Heroes and Heroines will be honored for their contribution towards liberation struggle and Independence of Namibia.
