Kalkrand, Aug 27- On Saturday 26 August 2023 at about 15h15 at Kalkrand service station. It is alleged that the 49 years old Namibian male arrested suspect was found in possession of 17x mandrax tablets 140 grams of skunk cannabis with a total value of N$9 040.00, after a Police stop and search operation. Police investigation continues.
