Onayena, April 7- On Friday, 05 April 2024 at around 12h00 at Oniimwandi
village in Oshikoto Region. It is alleged that the 38-year-old Namibian female suspect gave birth in
the crop field (mahangu) and placed the baby in the plastic bag, tied it and hide the plastic bag in a
bucket. It is further alleged that the housemate discovered blood stains and questioned the
suspect until she revealed to have dumped the baby’s body in the crop field. The body was handed
over to Onandjokwe hospital for further medical examination. Post mortem report will be
conducted to determine the real cause of death. Suspect is hospitalized and not in a stable condition.
