Rundu, Aug 1-The Namibia Hockey Union today to announce the appointment of the new
National Coaches who will spearhead the development and success of hockey in
Namibia across different formats. These experienced and highly accomplished
coaches have been selected to lead and nurture our talented athletes, setting the
stage for a bright future for Namibian hockey on both national and international
stages. The appointed coaches will assume their roles with immediate effect and will
serve the nation until July 2026.
The newly appointed National Coaches are:
- Indoor Hockey Men’s Coach – TREVOR CORMACK
- Indoor Hockey Women’s Coach – SHAYNE CORMACK
- Outdoor Hockey Men’s Coach – JOHAN WEYHE
- Hockey 5’s Women’s Head Coach – SEDTRIC MAKATI
