The Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Hon. Dr. Sanet L. Steenkamp, joined Pandora Pre-Primary School in Windhoek this Friday morning for a special tree planting ceremony held in her honour, and also marked the celebration of the school’s approval to introduce Grade 1.
During the ceremony, the school principal, Mrs. Margaret Smith, shared that the Baobab tree was specially selected to symbolize Dr. Steenkamp’s knowledge, growth, and lasting legacy in education.
“This tree is dedicated to Hon. Dr. Sanet L. Steenkamp, for her visionary leadership, outstanding service, and dedication,” she said.
