Khorixas, Aug 7 — His Excellency President Dr. Nangolo Mbumba has arrived in Khorixas, Kunene Region to officiate on the Inauguration of the Khorixas Vocational Training Centre today. Also in attendance are the Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, Honorable Itah Kandji-Murangi and Governor of Kunene Region Honorable Marius Sheya.
