MVA FUND HOSTS ANNUAL MEN’S NETWORK FOR MALE EMPLOYEES

Windhoek,Aug 6 – – The MVA Fund today hosted its annual Men’s conference under the theme: “Empowering Men for a Balanced Future”. The session offers more than just camaraderie and motivational talks; it serves as a platform for mentorship, professional development, and the promotion of managing work-life balance in a fast-paced world. A highlighted on the MVA Fund Staff engagement calendar, the Men’s Network provides MVA Fund male employees an opportunity to gain valuable insights into leadership, stress management, and career advancement.

The annual event is further aimed towards dismantling traditional stereotypes misrepresenting and associating all men with social evils and crimes committed by some. The platform also encourages open conversations on culturally and religiously taboo topics affecting their mental health and well-being, which are often overlooked in the corporate environment.

Understanding the rapid evolution of the world and impact on our lives, the MVA Fund advocates for nurturing an inclusive and supportive environment that is essential for the well-being of all employees.
