Road Fund Administration and MVA Fund unveil Emergency Response Vehicle.

Windhoek, Feb 1 -Road Fund Administration on Tuesday 30 January 2024 handed over an Emergency Response Vehicle to the MVA Fund of Namibia in Windhoek. Speaking at the handover ceremony, CEO of Road Fund Administration Mr. Alli Haipinge said ” The initiative is a crucial step in our efforts to make roads safer for everyone. As part of our corporate social responsibility, we are proud to support the MVA Fund through this sponsorship”.

The Statistics show that there are not a lot of car accidents in Zambezi Region however, when they occur people succumb to injuries due to late emergency response services in those areas caused by long distance between the Kavango East Region and Zambezi Region.

The vehicle will be stationed at the Divundu Emergency Satellite base in Kavango East Region, to enhance first aid response time.
