Xi stresses strategic importance of work to raise minors’ moral standards

BEIJING, Dec. 15– Chinese President Xi Jinping has stressed the work to raise the intellectual and moral standards of minors, noting that it should be carried out as a strategic and fundamental task. He also called for joint efforts to create a sound social environment for minors’ healthy growth.
