Awarded during Angola’s 50th Independence celebrations, this honour highlights Mr. Hauwanga’s impactful contributions to community upliftment through education, healthcare, and housing.
His projects, including schools, clinics, and 96 homes in Ondjiva for civil war-affected families, have profoundly improved lives and deepened regional solidarity. The President praises Mr. Hauwanga’s compassion, generosity, and enduring partnership with Angola, reflecting strong Pan-African values.
